Orbis may request documentation, verification, or additional information from clients and counterparties as part of standard due diligence practice prior to proceeding with any transaction. Engagement may be declined or paused where due diligence requirements are not satisfied.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Orbis does not represent that it holds any specific license, certification, accreditation, or regulatory approval beyond its standard commercial registration in the United Arab Emirates.
